About Buckeye FFA Chapter

The Basics

The Buckeye FFA chapter was chartered in 1929, the third chapter in the state of Arizona.  Buckeye is located 40 miles west of Phoenix, and the high school itself can be found south of Interstate 10.  While housing developments have slowly found a home in Buckeye, farm fields, large dairies and cattle surround just about everything.

Our student population is diverse, with SAEs ranging from traditional areas such as crop and dairy production all the way to students who raise specialty animals such as desert tortoises to sale to pet stores.  Our students are also very involved in other clubs on campus, lending their leadership skills to other clubs and organizations.
