Why did you join FFA?

I joined FFA to get a greater education in the field of agriculture. I wanted to learn what the classes that where offered at my school where about. I wanted to go to the contest and meet knew people. It was also interesting to compare my skills with others that where new to the program. These are a few of the reasons why I joined Heyworth FFA.

What has been your most challenging FFA experience?

My most challenging FFA experience would have to be the past couple of weeks in the class. This is for the fact we have been learning about the meat. The differnt cuts and the retial and other stuff. It has been really challenging for me to memorize all the different items. I still have not complete memorized all the different types.

Who has had the greatest impact on your life?

My grandmother has the greatest impact on my life. This is because she is a hard worker. She has worked all of her life and never gives up. She has always been there for me and helps me when I need it. These are all caulities I hope to have and can do for my childern one day. This is why my grandmother has the greatest impact on my life.

If you had a million dollars, what would you do with it?

If I had a million dollars I woould put some of it in the stock market. I know eventually it has got to go up. I would put myself through college. I would also live on my own. I would pay my grandma back all the money I owe her. Then i would realize there is now money left.

Final thought

As a new student to ag and FFA I believe it has been challening and fun experience. It has been a different kind of class and has taught me a lot. I really enjoyed the fact that it was not all book work. There where a lot of different activities. I also had plenty of oppritunites to go to cde's.
