Why did you join FFA?

On my mom''''''''s side of the family it`s all about ag for them. They only had 8 grandchildren, and no one seemd to want to join ag. So i did to make them happy. But then I started to ask around about ag and what people told me made me feel like I made the right choice. Also I loved the fact that this class was different and was hands on.

What has been your most challenging FFA experience?

Trying to keep up with all the different contests and CDE`S. Trying to turn in your recerd book without getting it back for fixes. I also thought that when you go to a show to sell raffle tickets its a little nervous. You have to walk up to them and start and keep a steady conversation. At first I was really nervous and would only talk to a few people at a time but now I am getting a hand of it and it doesnt bother me as much.

Who has had the greatest impact on your life?

My sister Stephanie has had a great impact on me. She graduated top ten in her class and graduated with all A`s while having a job. Now she lives with her boyfriend still goes to school and has a full time job. She has taught me to work hard and dont give up on something you want. she taught me that when you work for something you want it will all pay off in the end.

If you had a million dollars, what would you do with it?

If I had a million dollars I would give my mom as much as she needs to pay off the house. I would buy us a new van because that is what my mom has wanted for a long time. I would take us all to Disney World to have some family time. I would gtive the rest of the money to a foundation to help the family`s who need it more than I do.

What is your favriote thing about ag and FFA so far?

My favorite thing about ag and FFA so far is the way it helps me learn about things I probably wouldnt know anyother way. Like about tractors or how there is way more to ag then what people think. I love how ag is a class yet a club the difference between ag and any other club is that theres always something to do.
